YEARLY CULTURAL PROGRAM FOR MEMBERS FREE OF COST:

Yearly program are conducted for the members at regular intervals and funds are raised through sale of donor passes, sponsorship and donations from well wishers. Following is the list of events which are regularly celebrated by our Tamil Sangam.

 Mahakavi Bharathiyar Vizha

The Sangam also celebrates Bharathiyar Vizha on the 25th December every year, wherein Patti Mandram, Kavi Arangam, Speech by eminent speakers like SUKI SIVAM takes place.

 Tamilar Thirunal – Pongal Vizha

The Pongalvizha is celebrated on the third Sunday of January every year wherein large number of members participate and exhibit their talents in the form of dance, songs,pattimandram, Thirukural recitation – this always followed by traditional lunch.

Annual Day

The Sangam was started in April 2002 and every year Annual day is celebrated in April. The talents of Sangam Members are exhibited during this celebration.

Apart from this dramas by famous stage artists from south – CRAZY MOHAN, T V VARADARJAN, MAPILLAI GANESH, KATHADI RAMAMOORTHY, RAIL PRIYA GROUP are staged every year. 

AIRTEL SUPER SINGERS from Chennai are also invited to perform cine songs.

Mimicry shows are conducted by inviting Artist from Chennai.

WINTER GATHERING in the form of Picnic is arranged every year wherein Members join with their family and friends.

We are Promoting local talents from Tamil Community in pune and also from other Communities.
