A G M 2022

The 20th. A G M of our Sangam was held this year on 3rd July at the Poona Club .

After lighting the lamp , to keep up the tradition , the secretary conducted the proceedings by introducing the Committee Members as well as the new members who attended the AGM . Thereafter the regular Business was taken up .

Minutes of the previous A G M held on 29.08.2021 , the Annual Report for the year 2021- 22 as well as the financial reports for this year were presented and accepted by the members .

The members also accepted the proposal of continuing the present trend of keeping the same auditor for internal audit and the external auditor for IT related issues on case by case basis .

A few other suggestions were considered and decided that the committee would follow it up on its merits .
